Grading & Paving, Inc. performs all kinds of asphalt repairs; from
asphalt removals and replacement to small asphalt patching, overlays
(both conventional and with pavement reinforcing fabric), and crack
filling. Although we can complete any size repair that you may have, we
recommend repairing the small problems as soon as possible to avoid
those large costly repairs.
If
you have multiple properties and not enough time to walk all of your
parking lots, or if you need help assessing your parking lot, please
call us to help. All of our estimators are thoroughly trained in
assessing asphalt to detect problems that may arise before you notice
them, which could save you thousands of dollars.

Grading & Paving offers annual inspections for all of your
properties. Just supply our estimator a list of your properties and an
inspection schedule will be put together for you, freeing you to handle
your more important business.
